Our client is a rapidly scaling neuromodulation MedTech company developing advanced therapies for neurological and chronic conditions. Through innovative technology and strong clinical evidence, they are improving patient outcomes and accelerating adoption across European healthcare systems.

They are now seeking a Market Access Director Europe to lead strategy and execution across key markets. This is a high impact role responsible for securing reimbursement, shaping pricing strategy, and enabling commercial growth across the region.

You will work cross functionally with clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams while engaging directly with payers, HTA bodies, and key opinion leaders to position these therapies as clinically essential and economically justified.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market access and reimbursement strategies across Europe
• Lead engagement with national payers, HTA agencies, and clinical stakeholders
• Shape pricing strategy, value propositions, and health economic models
• Equip commercial teams with access tools and payer insights
• Build and mentor a strong European market access function
• Monitor policy changes and proactively adapt access strategy

Requirements

• Significant experience in market access, reimbursement, or HEOR within MedTech or Pharma
• Strong knowledge of European healthcare systems and HTA pathways
• Demonstrated success securing reimbursement for innovative therapies
• Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent English required, additional European languages beneficial
