KAM DACH/Benelux

About the Role

As Key Account Manager for the DACH and Benelux regions, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth across a portfolio of key customers within the feed additives and ingredients market. You will focus on developing and managing strategic relationships with customers in the animal nutrition sector, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring a high level of technical and commercial support. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help shape and execute regional account plans that deliver sustainable sales growth and reinforce the organisation’s position as a trusted partner in animal nutrition solutions.

Key Skills and Expertise

• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar commercial role
• Background in feed additives, ingredients, or closely related animal nutrition markets
• Strong understanding of animal nutrition and its application within commercial feed and livestock sectors
• Track record of managing and growing key customer accounts across multiple countries or regions
• Ability to build long-term strategic relationships with technical and commercial decision makers
• Commercial mindset with strong negotiation, pricing, and contract management skills
• Capable of identifying and converting new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at different organisational levels
• Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable working autonomously across the DACH and Benelux regions
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region to visit customers and attend industry events

• Regionally based role covering the DACH and Benelux markets
• Regular travel within the DACH and Benelux regions to visit key accounts
