About the Role
As a Medical Device Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring healthcare professionals and internal teams are fully equipped to use medical devices safely, effectively and in line with regulatory requirements. You will design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes that translate complex medical and technical information into clear, practical guidance. Collaborating closely with medical, regulatory and commercial stakeholders, you will support the successful adoption of devices in clinical practice, enhance patient safety and contribute directly to the organisation’s reputation for quality and compliance.
Key Skills and Expertise
Proven experience working with medical devices, ideally within a regulatory affairs, medical management or clinical environment
Strong understanding of medical device regulations and compliance requirements
Background in internal medicine or similar clinical discipline, with the ability to interpret and communicate clinical data
Experience developing and delivering training materials for healthcare professionals or internal commercial teams
Ability to translate complex scientific and technical information into clear, engaging training content
Confident presentation skills and the ability to train diverse audiences at different levels of expertise
Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work with medical directors, regulatory teams and commercial colleagues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to accuracy and detail
Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple training projects and deadlines
Collaborative mindset and willingness to work cross-functionally to support wider business goals
