This role involves managing and growing business across a vibrant territory covering the Southeast, USA. It is a permanent, remote-based position with 50% travel, combining account management and business development responsibilities. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth within areas such as thermal transfer fluids, dielectric additive packages, and automotive, hydraulic, and specialty applications.

Key Skills and Expertise

  • Account management experience managing and developing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention while identifying growth opportunities.

  • Proactive business development approach to identifying and securing new business, contributing directly to the company's growth and success in specialized product areas.

  • Industry expertise or strong knowledge in lubricant additives, especially within commercial, industrial, and chemical environments.

  • Strong commercial acumen to identify market trends and align strategic goals with client needs, driving revenue growth.

  • Flexibility and readiness to travel across the Southeast, USA, ensuring seamless client engagement and relationship-building.
