Position Summary We are seeking an Associate Director to lead global project management efforts for the launch of lecanemab in Alzheimer’s disease. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure alignment of strategic goals, and oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. The position is instrumental in supporting global and regional execution of launch activities. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate global project plans for Alzheimer’s launch readiness Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of milestones Identify and mitigate project risks; maintain schedules and budget adherence Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress and performance Ensure effective communication and integration across global and regional teams Support operational efficiency and continuous improvement within the Global Alzheimer’s Disease Office Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management Proven expertise in global product launch and commercialization Proficiency in project management tools; PMP certification is an asset Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Experience in neurology or Alzheimer’s disease is preferred
