About the Role
As a Die Cut Operator you will be a key part of a technically driven, industrial environment. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring die cutting machinery to produce high-quality packaging components in line with production specifications and quality standards. Working within an automated and fast-paced operation, you will ensure efficient machine performance, minimise downtime, and maintain safety and quality throughout the production process, contributing directly to on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills and Expertise
- Experience operating die cutting or similar converting machinery in an industrial, printing or packaging environment
- Technical aptitude to set up, adjust, and troubleshoot automated equipment
- Background in paper packaging, print, or related manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards in a production setting
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions, production orders, and specifications
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven industrial environment
- Strong awareness of health, safety, and housekeeping requirements on the production floor
- Good teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with production and maintenance teams
